Installation of Radwin 5000 JET from a Drone’s Perspective in Temple, Texas

This brief video was taken from a small drone owned by the City of Temple, and shows one node of a completed installation of the Radwin 5000 JET point-to-multipoint system on an elevated storage tank. This is a part of a pilot project that JTS is engineering to improve the city’s communications infrastructure, and I think the video provides a unique perspective of these types of wireless installations.

We’ll be putting it on our tower tomorrow and putting to the test. Today I just kind of wanted to go over with you some of the highlights of the system. We’ll dig into more details later.
