Kim has worked for JTS for 14+ years in various departments, advancing through the ranks to be promoted to President of JTS in 2015. As President, she brings values, integrity, and high expectations by focusing her talents toward identifying customer/employee needs and presenting performance offerings to them for a quick and meaningful resolution. She has mastered the ability to gain customer and employee trust, leading to increased morale and referral business.
Kim works closely with all department managers at JTS to provide the mission, vision, and purpose for all aspects of JTS.

Thomas Emerick
Vice President/Owner
Experience Summary
Thomas is the Vice President and Co-Owner of JTS. He started his Telecom career in the US Military with his last duty assignment being in the Republic of Korea. After leaving the Military, Thomas went to work for Nortel Networks/Bell Northern Research and in 2012 he joined JTS.
John Thompson

John is the General Manager of JTS, and has over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications field. John has extensive knowledge of tower construction and microwave installations. Manages projects from conception through to the completion of network turn up.

Construction of nine 195’ self support towers and 25 40’ concrete direct burial poles. 12 total licensed microwave links and 24 licensed spur links to interconnect all substations and switches. Handling network engineering and installation of the layer 3 network needed for data transport. - City of Shreveport, Louisiana Water Network
Installation of licensed backhaul for City of Shreveport in Louisiana. Construction of 3 new self support towers. Coordination and Implementation of 5 wireless backhaul links. Construction of 3 SCADA sites for data transport of water treatment facilities. - North Central Texas Council of Governments
CTCOG 911 Redundant Microwave Network – Negotiated, Designed and Planned the installation of 21 self support towers, and 54 licensed microwave paths spanning around the DFW metroplex. This project was completed in 1 year and 6 months, ahead of schedule by 6 months and with a gross profit of 40% over the 30% budgeted.

He oversees and manages all aspects of the day-to-day field operations and internal support groups. After projects have navigated through Sales and Engineering, ownership transfers to Operations where Albert leads his team of Construction Managers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Purchasing Agents, Customer Service Representatives, Crew Leaders and Tower Technicians through a smooth and efficient process that meets the expectations and needs of our customers and clients. - Hiring

Adrian Barboza has been with JTS for over 16 years, and has served in many roles. Progressing from cabling technician, tower & wireless technician, crew leader, job manager to project manager. Adrian has witnessed the emergence of IP networking in all facets of industry and has been an integral in developing JTS quality of workmanship, job planning and employee development.
Construction Manager
In the role of JTS’ Construction Manager, Adrian utilizes his vast skill sets which include leadership, project management, plus a keen eye on detail, in assisting our personnel in both planning projects and in ongoing quality control of in-process and completed installations.

- Managed the deployment of wireless system for United Wireless, installing and aligning over 80 microwave links and LTE installs throughout Central and Western Kansas.
